Under Article 41 of the Charter of the United Nations, the Security Council of the United Nations has, by certain resolutions adopted on 23rd January 1992, 19th June 2001 and 22nd July 2002 in relation to Somalia, on 22nd December 2003 in relation to Liberia, and on 12th June 2009 in relation to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), called upon Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom to apply certain measures to give effect to decisions of that Council in relation to those States:
