Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(1), (2)(b), (3) to (10), 43(2) and 46(1) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014(1).
In accordance with section 43(3) and (4)(g) of that Act a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House.
