51. The contractor must comply with the requirement to allow an authorised representative to enter and view premises and observe the carrying on of activities on those premises in accordance with regulations made under section 225 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007(1) (duties of service-providers to allow entry by Local Healthwatch organisations or contractors).
