Amendment of the Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009

4.  In regulation 2(1) of the Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009(1) (interpretation), for paragraph (b)(i) of the definition of “relevant complaints procedure” substitute—

(i)regulation 79 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015;.

S.I. 2009/309. Paragraphs (a)(i), (ia), (ii) and (iii) of the definition of “relevant complaints procedure” were substituted by regulation 120 of, and paragraph 7(a) of Schedule 10 to S.I. 2013/349.
