Provisions coming into force on 16th November 20152
The following provisions of the Pension Schemes Act 2015 come into force on 16th November 2015—
a
section 77 (payments into Remploy Limited Pension and Assurance Scheme), and
b
section 81 (extension to Scotland of certain provisions about marriage of same sex couples).
