11.  In rule 23(2) (matters to be included in record of proceedings)—

(a) at the end of rule 23(2)(h) delete “and”;

(b) in rule 23(2)(i), delete the full stop and insert “; and”;

(c) after rule 23(2)(i), insert—

“(j) a record of any decision on an application under rule 22A(6).”.
