Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No.3 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2015.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Deregulation Act 2015;
“the 2006 Act” means the Companies Act 2006().
