Offences in relation to Part 2 U.K.

8.—(1) Any person who fails to comply with paragraph (1), (2), (3) or (4) of regulation 6 commits an offence.

(2) A training employer who fails to comply with paragraph (1), (2) or (3) of regulation 7 commits an offence.
