The Universal Credit (Work Allowance) Amendment Regulations 2015

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(3)(a), 40 and 42(1), (2) and (6) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012(1).

In accordance with section 173(1)(b) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992(2), the Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that the proposals for these Regulations need not be referred to it.
