The Rule Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(7), 15(4), 18B, 21(4) and 26 of the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1991(1), makes the following Rules:

1991 No. 1. Relevant amendments were made by section 13 of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2014 (2014 No. 1) and sections 2(3), 3(2) and 5 of the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction (Amendment) Measure 2015 (2015 No.1).
