The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) and (4) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 20121.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Alcohol Abstinence and Monitoring Requirements) Piloting (Amendment) Order 2015 and comes into force on 30th July 2015.
Amendment to the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Alcohol Abstinence and Monitoring Requirements) Piloting Order 20142
In article 4(1) (period for which section 76 of the Act is in force) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Alcohol Abstinence and Monitoring Requirements) Piloting Order 20142, for “12” substitute “18”.
