3. In rule 16, in paragraph 5—
(a)in sub-paragraph (d), for “.” substitute “;”; and
(b)after sub-paragraph (d), insert—
“(e)Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003(1) which are made without notice.”.
