The Lord Chancellor, in the exercise of the powers conferred by sections 78, 78A and 89 of the Traffic Management Act 2004(1), makes the following Regulations:

2004 c. 18. Section 78A was inserted by the Deregulation Act 2015 (c. 20), section 53.
