Amendments to Schedule 2 to the 2012 Order

9.  In Schedule 2, in paragraph 5 (proxies at PCC elections: appointment), for sub-paragraph (3)(b) substitute—

“(b) the person is or will be registered in the register of electors(1) for any area of Great Britain or Northern Ireland.”
