In article 4 (effect of register of electors), in paragraph (4)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (b), for the words from “is not” to “was not” substitute “is not or was not at any particular time”;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (c), for the words from “is, or” to “was,” substitute “is or was at any particular time”.
(2)
In that article, omit paragraph (5).
