Amendments to Schedule 2 to the 2012 Order28.

In Schedule 2, paragraph 59 (forwarding of documents) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (1)—

(a)

in paragraph (a), after “42(5)” insert “, 42A(2)”;

(b)

in paragraph (a), at the end, omit “and”;

(c)

after paragraph (b) insert—

“(c)

any list compiled under paragraph 55(4).”

(3)

In sub-paragraph (4), at the end insert “except that in applying those rules the list compiled under paragraph 55(4) must be treated in the same manner as a counted ballot paper”.
