A draft of the Regulations has been laid before and approved by each House of Parliament under paragraph 7(4) of Schedule A1 to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988(1).

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 116(5) of and paragraphs 1 to 7 of Schedule A1 to that Act, makes the following Regulations:

1988 c.48 as amended by the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 c.24, s77(4), Schedule 22 Part 1, paragraph 1 which inserted Schedule A1 into the Act.
