section 9B(1), (2) and (7) (competition undertakings),
d
section 9C(1) to (4) (competition investigations)52,
e
section 16(4)(c) (application for disqualification order)53,
f
section 17(7) (application for leave under an order or undertaking)54, and
g
section 18(2A)(b) (register of disqualification orders and undertakings)55.
