Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000

137.—(1) Section 35 (notification of authorisations for intrusive surveillance) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1), for “or OFT” substitute “or CMA”.

(3) In subsection (10)—

(a) in the words before paragraph (a), for “or OFT” substitute “or CMA”, and

(b) for paragraph (ba), substitute—

“(ba) the chair of the CMA; or”.
