126.—(1) Section 140F (duty of Competition Commission to send report to regulator) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “Competition Commission” substitute “CMA”, and

(b) for “Commission” substitute “CMA”.

(3) In the heading, for “Competition Commission” substitute “CMA”.
