10.  In rule 7.22—

(a) in paragraph (3)—

(i) omit sub-paragraph (b); and

(ii) in paragraph (c), omit “or (b)”; and

(b) In the words in parentheses to paragraph (5) for “alternative dispute resolution” substitute “non-court dispute resolution”.
