The HGV Road User Levy (Exemption of Specified Roads) Order 2014

Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the HGV Road User Levy (Exemption of Specified Roads) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1st April 2014.
Exemption of Specified Roads2.
The HGV Road User Levy Act 2013 does not apply to the roads specified in the Schedule.

1.
In England, the M6 Toll road.
2.
In Northern Ireland—
(1)
the A37; and
(2)
the two sections of A3 to the west of Clones.
This Order specifies the roads to which the HGV Road User Levy does not apply.
