Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of, and paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to, the National Health Service Act 20061.
The Treasury has consented to the making of this Order as required by paragraph 1(7) of that Schedule.
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) Order 2014 and comes into force on 31st March 2014.
Originating capital of NHS trust2.
The originating capital of the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust2 is £72,544,000.
