12. At the end of Schedule 1 to the Overseas Companies Regulations 2009(1) (specified public authorities), after “the Scottish Housing Regulator” insert—
“; the lead enforcement authority (as defined in section 33(1) of the Estate Agents Act 1979) exercising functions under the Estate Agents Act 1979”.

S.I. 2009/1801, the entry for the Scottish Housing Regulator was inserted by paragraph 21 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to S.I. 2012/700; there are other amending instruments, but none are relevant.
