14. Section 1 of the Charging Orders Act 1979(1) is amended as follows.

1979 c.53. Section 1 was amended by Schedule 3 to the Administration of Justice Act 1982 (c.53) and by section 93 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c.15).
