Amendment of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987

3.—(1) The Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4(11) (making a claim for benefit)—

(a) for “bereavement benefit or” substitute “bereavement benefit,”; and

(b) after “expenses” insert “or winter fuel payment”.
