The Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations 1989

5.—(1) The Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations 1989(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 11(2)(y)(iv) for “Vehicle and Operator Services Agency” substitute “Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency”.

(3) In Part 2 of Schedule 17, in column 1 of the table, for the entry “Vehicle and Operators Services Agency” substitute “Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency”.

(4) In Part 2 of Schedule 18, sub-paragraph (d) for “Vehicle and Operator Services Agency” substitute “Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency”.
