The Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations 19898 are amended as follows.

In regulation 11(2)(y)(iv) for “Vehicle and Operator Services Agency” substitute “Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency”.

In Part 2 of Schedule 17, in column 1 of the table, for the entry “Vehicle and Operators Services Agency” substitute “Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency”.

In Part 2 of Schedule 18, sub-paragraph (d) for “Vehicle and Operator Services Agency” substitute “Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency”.
