Any subordinate legislation made or other thing done, or having effect as if made or done, under or for the purposes of any superseded provision, if in force or effective immediately before 1st April 2014, has effect, so far as is required for continuing its effect on and after that date, as if made or done under or for the purposes of the corresponding restated provision.

Sub-paragraph (1) is subject to Parts 1, 3 and 4 of Schedule 1 to this Order.
