Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) Regulations 2010

200.  In the table in Schedule 2 to the Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) Regulations 2010(1) (persons to whom notice of proposed provision must be given) after the entry applicable to “The Health and Safety Executive” insert—

“The Office for Nuclear Regulation

All proposed provisions likely to affect matters relevant to the ONR’s purposes within the meaning of Part 3 of the Energy Act 2013 (see section 67 of that Act).”.
