1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Education and Skills Act 2008 (Commencement No. 11 and Saving and Transitory Provisions) Order 2014.
(2) In this Order—
“the 2002 Act” means the Education Act 2002(1); and
“the 2008 Act” means the Education and Skills Act 2008.
