The Settlement Body must calculate the amount (“SCLRsy”) of the refund payable to each electricity supplier (“S”) who has paid a settlement costs levy payment in a relevant financial year (“year Y”) in accordance with the formula—

In this paragraph—
“AR” and “SC” have the meanings given in regulation 10;
“SCLPsy” means the amount of settlement costs levy paid by S in respect of year Y.
