It brings into force section 90 of, and Schedule 4 to, that Act.</Text></P>
<P><Text>Schedule 4 amends the Terrorism Act <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2000/11" id="c00002" Class="UnitedKingdomPublicGeneralAct" Year="2000" Number="0011">2000 (c. 11)</Citation> to implement the Framework Decision<FootnoteRef Ref="f00003"/> on the execution in the European Union of orders freezing property or evidence adopted by the Council of the European Union on 22nd July 2003 in relation to terrorist property.</Text></P>
