Citation and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2014.

(2) In this Order—

“the 2013 Act” means the Crime and Courts Act 2013; and

“the 2002 Act” means the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002(1).
