In Schedule 7 (composite goods and collections of articles)—

in paragraph 2(1), after paragraph (a) insert—

that are subject to the FIC Regulation, or
b
in paragraph 3, after sub-paragraph (1) insert—

This paragraph does not apply to aerosol products containing goods that are subject to the FIC Regulation.
c
in paragraph 4, after subparagraph (1) insert—
1A
This paragraph does not apply to a collection containing any goods that are subject to the FIC Regulation.
