19. Any amount which would be disregarded under paragraph 15, 16, 18, 18A or 19 of Schedule 10 to the Income Support Regulations (surrender value of life insurance policy, outstanding instalments, social fund payments, local welfare provision and tax refunds on certain loan interest)(1).
