This Order may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Commencement No. 12) (England and Wales) Order 2014.

This Order extends to England and Wales.
Commencement2.
This Order brings into force section 112 of the Police Act 1997 in respect of England and Wales. Section 112 of that Act provides for the Disclosure and Barring Service to provide a criminal conviction certificate to an applicant who pays the prescribed fee.
The following provisions of the Police Act 1997 have been brought into force in England and Wales by commencement order made before the date of this Order.
