2.—(1) The Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.
(2) After regulation 5 insert—
“Fee for the verification of a FLEGT licence
5A.—(1) A person applying for verification of a FLEGT licence by the Secretary of State must pay a fee of £31.
(2) The fee must be paid—
(a)in relation to each application,
(b)to the Secretary of State, and
(c)when the application is made.”.
