Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 52(1) and 60 of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 19811.
Representative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 61(2) of that Act2.
In determining the amount of fees specified in these Regulations, the Secretary of State has taken into account the costs of the functions listed in paragraphs 7 to 9 of Schedule 1 to the Department for Transport (Fees) Order 20093 and has taken into account the matters listed in Schedule 2 to that Order in determining the costs of those functions.
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Operators’ Licences) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st October 2014.
Amendment of Regulations2

The Public Service Vehicles (Operators’ Licences) (Fees) Regulations 19954 are amended as follows.

In column 3 of the Schedule —
a
in relation to fee numbers (i) and (ii), for “£206” substitute “£209”;
b
in relation to fee number (v), for “£121” substitute “£122”.
