Amendment to the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011

39.  In regulation 45(2)(b) of the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011 (childcare grant)(1) for ”section 312 of the Education Act 1996” substitute “section 20 of the Children and Families Act 2014”.
