PART 1 E+W General

Citation and commencement E+W

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Interpretation E+W

2.  In these Regulations—

“the 1960 Act” means the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 M1 ;

“the 1972 Act” means the Local Government Act 1972 M2 ;

“the 2012 Regulations” means the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 M3 .
