21. The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the mitigation measures detailed within Section 6 of the Flood Risk Assessment submitted with the application at appendix E2 of the environmental statement (Document 6.2) or be carried out in accordance with any variation to the those mitigation measures agreed in writing by the Environment Agency, the lead local flood authority or the approving body under Schedule 3 (sustainable drainage) to the Flood and Water Management Act 2010(1).
