Provisions coming into force on 30th June 20143
The following provisions of the Act come into force on 30th June 2014—
a
paragraph 23 of Schedule 4;
b
paragraph 18 of Schedule 4 so far as it relates to paragraph 23; and
c
section 11(4) so far as it relates to the provisions specified in paragraphs (a) and (b).
