Transitional and saving provisions for provisions coming into force on 5th April 201516.
The amendments and repeals made by the provisions of Schedule 7 to the Act listed in article 7 do not have effect in relation to—
(a)
children whose expected week of birth ends on or before 4th April 2015;
(b)
children placed for adoption on or before 4th April 2015.
