The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001

2.  In article 36A (credit broking) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001(1), at the end of paragraph (4)(c), insert “, except for paragraph (5) of that article”.
