1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 2014 and comes into force on 14th July 2014.
(2) In this Order—
“the trustees” means the trustees appointed for the Oxford University Hospitals National Health Service Trust(1);
“the old Trust” means the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust(2);
“the trust property” means the property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed by the old Trust and the trustees and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 15th May 2014 and the trustees on 10th May 2014.
Established by S.I. 1993/2544, amended by S.I. 1994/482 (which changed the name of the trust from the Churchill John Radcliffe National Health Service Trust to the Oxford Radcliffe Hospital National Health Service Trust), S.I. 1998/1227 (which changed the name of the trust to the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals National Health Service Trust), S.I. 2000/961, S.I. 2011/2397 (which, amongst other things, changed the name of the trust to the Oxford University Hospitals National Health Service Trust) and S.I. 2013/593. See S.I. 2003/1093 which provided for the appointment of trustees to the NHS trust.
