Amendments to the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2007 and the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 20126.

After paragraph 13(b) of Schedule 4 to the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2012, insert—

“(ba)
subject to a direction of the Secretary of State under section 128 of the Education and Skills Act 2008;”.
