Amendment of the Children and Families Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014

2.—(1) The Children and Families Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014(1) is amended as follows.

(2) After article 4 insert —

Provision coming into force on 1^st May 2014

4A.   Section 78 comes into force on 1^st May 2014”.
