The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) of the Armed Forces Act 2011(1):

Citation and interpretation

1.  This order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2011 (Commencement No.3) Order 2013.

2.  In this Order “the Act” means the Armed Forces Act 2011.

Commencement

3.  Section 25 of the Act shall come into force on 6th April 2013.

This Order brings into force section 25 of the Armed Forces Act 2011 (c.18) on 6th April 2013.
