The School Information (England) Regulations 20082 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 4 (specified information to be published on the school’s website), after paragraph 12 insert—

In respect of a school in receipt of an allocation from the Year 7 literacy and numeracy catch-up premium grant3, details of:
a
how it is intended that the current academic year’s allocation will be spent; and
b
how the previous academic year’s allocation was spent; the effect of this expenditure on the educational attainment of those pupils at the school in respect of whom grant funding was allocated; and how that effect has been assessed.
